Jordan here: I can finally announce that I will be joining this year's Dreadfest II: The Dreadening at The Source in St. Paul as a game master.
Dreadfest will run 3-7pm every Saturday in October, and will have a variety of roleplaying games to choose from (including, of course, Dread). You can review the entire schedule and sign up for games at The Source's Event Calendar.
On October 1st, I'll present Frontier Scum, an acid Western in the spirit of Mork Borg. High risk, high reward, surreal, and while it borrows many tropes from Westerns it is not set in our world or history. Try to keep your hat on your head and your ass in your chaps. [Reserve a seat]
Then, on October 8th, a select three players will take on roles as the classic archetypal coven in Wickedness, but brought forward into a cyberpunk-style future. The classic tarot deck major arcana will be replaced with cards from Instant Archetypes, making available cards like The Meme, The Whistleblower, and Capital. [Reserve a seat]
Finally, on October 15th a group assassins disguised as eligible young ladies will attend a ball dance, converse, and root out and destroy the host's dark secrets in Teeth: Blood Cotillion, inspired by the classic heist RPG Blades in the Dark. [Reserve a seat]
